Having grown up in Kittitas County, I possess an intimate understanding of this community, hidden gems, and the unique charm that help my clients decide if this area is the perfect place to call home. My familiarity with the nuances of this local market lend itself well to my clients as we navigate the complexities of a real estate transaction. A proud alumnus of the University of Washington minoring in Real Estate, I built a solid foundation in business and communication that arm me with the negotiation skills and business acumen required to best advocate for you. During college, I worked for the Windermere corporate office where I discovered why Windermere is my place to call home. This company’s commitment to serving others is embedded in every fiber of the company and gives reason and significance to everything we do. In the past 34 years, the Windermere Foundation has donated over $50 million to improve the lives of low-income and homeless families within the communities we serve. My time at our corporate office also taught me how to maximize the sophisticated marketing tools and technology that set us apart. My clients deserve a seamless and rewarding experience and the values instilled in me at UW – integrity, inclusion, and preparedness – form the bedrock of my approach to real estate.

Why Real Estate?

Having previously worked in the medical device field, I was responsible for collaborating with surgery teams and Orthopedic Surgeons to develop a plan that would yield the best outcome for our patient. This experience taught me to leverage my knowledge, on the spot, to help make impactful decisions. This required me to be deeply knowledgeable of my craft while articulating this information in a way that simplified decision making. During a real estate transaction, I can help you achieve your dreams by developing a deep understanding of your wants and needs and providing detailed yet concise advice on how you can achieve it. Bonding with others and advocating for their aspirations is what drives my passion for real estate.
